Software Developer (React / Next.js)

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong experience using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js to join us onsite. You will work directly with the founders and team to ship production software.

You will primarily work on full‑stack applications, from frontend to backend. You will move across the stack depending on the project, so you need to be comfortable writing clean React components one day and designing a Prisma schema or API routes the next.

While this is a collaborative environment, we value autonomy. We are looking for a developer who is ready to take ownership of features, make architectural decisions, and execute with precision.

• Location: Uxbridge, Ontario (strictly on‑site)
• Type: Full‑time
• Pay:$60,000 - $80,000 CAD per year ($28.85–$38.50/hour)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
