Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Software Developer is responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role combines hands-on technical development with assisting in team coordination, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of BI deliverables. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the BI Manager and various business stakeholders to translate complex data into intuitive reports, dashboards, and analytical tools, aligning BI initiatives with strategic business objectives.
