About the Role
Job Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on Software Developer to help modernize and scale our enterprise platform within a fast‑moving transport and logistics environment.
You’ll join an IT team of ~50 (dev team of 8) and play a key role in shifting our architecture toward API‑first, cloud‑native, and data‑driven solutions.
Help drive a real modernization effort (not just maintenance)
Work across applications, integrations, and data
Influence architecture and tooling (including AI adoption)
Strong mix of hands‑on development + technical leadership
Schedule Mon‑Fri, 40 hours, hybrid
What you will do
Build and support vendor & customer integrations (APIs, EDI, flat files)
Develop worker services and data pipelines to move and transform data across systems
Help migrate legacy integrations away from Microsoft BizTalk Server to modern solutions
