Software Developer

The Role

We're hiring a Lead Software Developer to own all software, AI, and internal tooling across our portfolio of companies.

This person is the technical backbone of the group.

You will design, build, and oversee:

• Internal tools
• Dashboards
• AI systems
• Platforms
• Customer-facing apps

across multiple businesses (F&B, services, education, marketing, operations, and more).

You won't just write code — you'll set standards, choose stacks, prototype fast, and decide what gets built vs bought.
