RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Environment & Infrastructure Management

• Manage AML application environments including setup, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, installations, and patching.

• Support environment readiness across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.

• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for server, VM, and OS-related activities.

1. Application & Middleware Support

• Provide L2 support for AML compliance applications.

• Troubleshoot application, batch, and connectivity issues across environments.

• Work with middleware and communication protocols such as SFTP, Connect:Direct, Control-M, IBM MQ, etc.

1. Development & Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Unix Shell (Bash/PowerShell).

• Support application enhancements and fixes using Java.
