Software Developer Level 3

Scope of Work: This project is to develop and implement an integrated Healthcare Associated Infections monitoring and management system to ensure the DOH s flexibility, effectiveness and timeliness for ongoing surveillance and responding to and managing outbreaks. The Level 3 Software Developer will perform development activities to create a robust data intake and process the data submitted to validate data through the extract, transform, and load process. The Level 3 Software Developer will work with the Expert Software Architect to ensure the data has sufficient data validation on input.
