OverviewDevelop and document software components for the central Special Events application, enabling streamlined permit application and event information submission processes. Implement and maintain technical specifications, system design documents, and user guides for the application and integrated sub‑forms. Conduct all levels of testing (unit, functional, integration, system, regression) to ensure reliability and performance. Analyze test results and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Track and resolve defects, issues, and enhancement requests. Ensure accessibility, privacy, and security compliance. Support the integration of multiple sub‑forms to enable coordinated event planning across City divisions.
