About the Role
Mono is a challenger bank for SMBs in Latin America. We are building our banking platform on Elixir + Phoenix + LiveView. We are looking for software developers passionate about Elixir and building new things.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain our banking platform using Elixir + Phoenix + LiveView.
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year+ experience as a software developer with Elixir + Phoenix and LiveView.
- 2 years+ experience in web/APIs development.
- Experience working at a startup (preferred).
- Experience in fintech (super preferred).
