About the Role
We are seeking Software Developers to join Counterpart Health, a company focused on transforming healthcare through its innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. You will collaborate with developers, data scientists, and healthcare professionals to build tools that improve real-world health outcomes by supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) and enabling early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions.
Responsibilities:
* Build scalable systems that enhance human efforts to simplify the complexities of healthcare.
* Stay up-to-date with new tools and technologies to solve challenges and advance our goals.
* Define and maintain development best practices to enable rapid iteration while ensuring quality, including writing tests and documenting key implementations.
