As a Software Developer 3 in the Support Platform Engineering Development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and enhancing critical software solutions that directly impact Oracle’s global support infrastructure. Leveraging state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities, you will help drive automation and intelligent decision-making across our support platforms—enabling faster resolution of customer issues, improved operational efficiency, and a superior support experience.
