  • Plan and manage the project: Scope, Work Plan, Resourcing, Cost and Schedule
    Staff the project: Recruitment, Interview, Manage Staff, Team Training/Orientation
  • Project Execution: Execution as per plan, Monitor, Control, Communication,
    Control the project delivery on time, within budget and at the required level of quality, manages project financials including P&L, Comply with all applicable development processes. Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements.
