Salary: $39.16 - $50.77 per hour.

Job Overview
Using the principles of client-centred care in a continuous care approach within the context of an interdisciplinary team, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive community support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals with serious mental illness.

Essential Qualifications

• Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
• Minimum 2 years of mental health experience
• Knowledge of a Safety Culture in a Health Care Setting in compliance with the OHSA
• In-depth knowledge of major mental illness from a biopsychosocial perspective
