About the Role

JOB SUMMARY

The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the hotel’s social media strategy to strengthen brand positioning, increase engagement, and support commercial objectives across rooms, food & beverage, spa, weddings, and events. This position manages day-to-day social media activities, builds brand visibility through storytelling, and ensures alignment with overall marketing, digital, and sales strategies. The role works closely with Operations, F&B, Sales, Revenue, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, preference, and revenue.
