Social Media & Creator Program Lead (Part-Time)

We’re looking for someone who understands Reels virality, creator psychology, and performance-driven content. Your core responsibility will be to: Launch and scale our Reels strategy, build and scale our Creator Program, and support creative direction across web and campaign assets. This isn’t your typical social media posting role. We’re looking for a partner who can bridge the gap between high-level creative direction and performance-driven results. If you’ve cracked the code on growth and have the case studies to prove it, this is your stage to scale something big.

Key Responsibilities

• Reels Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute high-performing Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn Reels. Identify trends early and adapt them to our niche.
