Responsibilities
- Market research
- Monitor and respond to brand inquiries on Social Media
- Communication with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Copywriting (captions)
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily contents (eg. original text, photos, views) Coordinate and connect between inquiring users, Brilliant Franchisees & Distributors
- Provide constructive feedback
Qualifications
- Experience as a Social Media Specialist is a must
- Hands on experience in content Management
- Ability to deliver Creative Content (text, image, and video)
- Knowledge of online Marketing Channels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
