Social care worker - Roscommon

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential service. Locations for these services in Roscommon We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high quality care to the service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day to day running of the service.

A successful candidate will have:

· A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant

· Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking

· Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults

· Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures

· Working knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures

· Full Clean Manual Driving License
