SOC Manager

Job Summary

A leading automotive and manufacturing company in Japan is actively seeking a SOC Manager to spearhead the development of its Security Operations Center ( SOC ) team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the SOC operations from the ground up, as the Security Division is building the team entirely from scratch.

Responsibilities:
- Establish processes to monitor security events and implement appropriate measures.
- Manage security incidents and respond effectively when they occur.
- Manage and operate security tools to maintain and enhance security.

Top Skills:
- 5-10 years or more of experience in SOC, including incident response, managing security tools, and maintaining and enhancing security.
- Management experience with the ability to lead a security team.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency at a business level or above.
