Snr Property / Project Manager

One of our clients are looking for highly organised and technically capable Senior Property & Projects Manager to support the Head of Department in the delivery, operation, and long-term performance of a portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties.

This role combines project delivery, technical oversight, and asset operations, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders and decision-making. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical and operational lead, managing consultants, contractors, and suppliers while ensuring assets are delivered and maintained to the highest standards. The role requires discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple high-value properties concurrently.
