A well established Developer/Builder has work underway and also has a new project set to commence. They are looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator/Snr CA to their team. The projects are multi story apatment developments to $60m located in the inner suburbs.
In this role you will work closely with a Project Manager and the wider site team to cover the full range of CA duties.This will include progress claims, letting contracts, cost reporting and variations. The role will suit someone used to working in a small team and achieving results.
To be suitable it is expected you have similar experience working on commercial-industrial projects in Melbourne. You will have worked with recognisable commercial-industrial builders and have a positive attitude to your work. You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of comm...
