ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

Persons employed in this position are responsible for, but not limited to, performing the manufacturing tasks necessary to production efficiency, products quality and maximize productivity to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

ØPlan and achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.

ØLead the SMT team to constantly update the focus of work, change the way of work, to promote the transformation of the team.

ØCreate maximum long-term value for internal and external customers and society according to team members' abilities and opportunities.

ØEstablish, improve and supervise the team management system and workflow, and be responsible for the appointment, training, assessment and evaluation of the Department staff.<...
