Smt Process Engineer

Responsibilities
Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of SMT manufacturing equipment including laser mark/etching, screen printing, placement/mounter, reflow ovens.
Programing, set up, debug and troubleshooting of inspection machines including SPI, AOI, ICT and X-Ray Inspection.Both inline of offline
Support NPI in selection, specification, and implementation of manufacturing equipment hardware and software, including quotes, cost, timing, and coordination.
Partner with NPI Engineer in new product process development and implementation to optimize yield.
Ensure process capabilities, throughput, and defects to determine likely failure modes & possible yield.
Develop engineering solutions to meet program performance, cost, and 100% delivery requirements
Perform root cause analysis of day-to-day issues associated with manufacturing.
Create and deliver training to operators and technicians when necessary.
