Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for SMT production line process debugging and optimization to enhance production yield;
- Handle process anomalies during production, analyze root causes, and develop solutions;
- Compile SMT process documentation and work instructions;
- Support new product introductions by completing process validation and parameter setup;
- Guide production line staff in standardized operations and participate in process improvement projects.
Qualifications
- College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields;
- Proficient in SMT equipment and process flows, with expertise in soldering, component placement, and related techniques;
- Strong anomaly analysis skills and proficiency in using relevant inspection tools;
- Meticulous and responsible work ethic; prior SMT process maintenance experience preferred.
