Responsibilities
- To define work methods in accordance to process specification.
- To define and establish maintenance program inclusive of calibration on production equipment and perform all scheduled or breakdown maintenance.
- To be responsible for maintaining & improving the process yield in all related area.
- To liaise with customer technical personnel on issues related to process improvement, jig / fixture fabrication / modification and new Assembly method implementation.
- To liaise with customer’s technical personnel on issues related to process improvement, jig / fixture fabrication/ modification and new Assembly method implementation.
- To liaise with Sub Con section and issues related to product quality testing system and assembly process from appointed Sub Con House.
