Qualifications
- Graduate of a vocational course or at least college level
- Computer literate, with the ability to inspect materials
- Proven experience in SMT operations, including SPA, SPI, PNP, AOI, Unloader, and Depanelizing.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
