About the Role

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an SMT Engineer located in Shenzhen Fuyong.
What a typical day looks like:
Lead the full-process management of SMT technology, including parameter setting, optimization and implementation such as solder paste printing, SPI, component placement, reflow, AOI etc.
Develop and characterize SMT processes tailored including reflow carriers, stencil design and optimization, solder paste selection and reflow profile etc.
Develop and validate all SMT programs (Stencil, placement, reflow, SPI/AOI)
Manage the SMT build of proto, EVT, DVT. Analyze and resolve all SMT related defects, providing detail feedback to team for DFM issues
Design and execute SMT process qualification and GRR study. Create SMT related documents such as control plan, PFMEA, SOP etc.
