About the Role
SCADA Administration & Support
- Act as SME for Aveva System Platform 2020, Aveva Historian, and FactoryTalk View
- Manage administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SCADA/Historians
- Handle critical incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution
- Ensure seamless integration between GMP Pro, Aveva Historian, and servers
- Drive SCADA upgrades and commissioning activities with vendors
Validation & Documentation
- Prepare and review GMP-compliant documents: URS, FRS, FCS, QRA, IQ/OQ
- Maintain validation lifecycle documents and test scripts
- Review vendor documentation before CSV submission
OT Architecture & Standardization
- Conduct plant-level AS-IS assessments and identify gaps
- Define OT architecture aligned with ISA-95 standards
