Smart Factory Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any Engineering course)

Experience

• At least 8 years of work experience in the Semiconductor/Electronics industry, specifically in high-volume manufacturing with plating lines.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of FPC manufacturing processes, including process and equipment set-up
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
• Strong ability to prepare reports, communicate effectively and deliver presentations
• Demonstrates creative thinking, strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Solid project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Proven leadership capability
