Small Tools Program Lead

Our Transmission group is currently looking to add a Small Tools Program Lead to our growing team, based in Headingley, MB.

Reporting to the Fleet Business Manager, we are seeking an experienced and operationally focused leader to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of Valard's small tools program. This position leads the Tool Coordination team, implements standardized processes across all project tool cribs, owns procurement governance and training, and ensures tools and equipment are available, certified, and well‑maintained across yards and projects.
