About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The SM Cluster Manager is a reliable data entry person who processes orders daily (regular and bulk) and ensures maximum performance from suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related course; undergraduates may apply if they have at least 2 years of experience as a Manager in a BPO setting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- Easy builds rapport with American clients
- Must have above-average data entry skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be adaptable and capable of observing frequent changes in internal and client procedures
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery effectively
