About the Role

Our team is supporting the manufacturing Lapping Slider process and driving to solve problems with thoroughness and determination, develop the tooling, equipment, processes or technology to support Slider mass manufacturing with the sustainable or better operation quality and productivity.
About the role - you will:
Monitoring Yield, KPIV, KPOV, Lapping parameter.

Learn, understand and modify the process to response with business requirement.

Collaborate with cross-functional team to solve the problem of the process flow or work study.

Working with Process Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Production Team to solve production problems and challenge.

Communicate status of projects and progress to supervisor.
