We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic Skills Coach to join our join our prison industries team and play a pivotal role in the rehabilitation and resettlement of prisoners.
You will be working closely with instructors to support learners in developing their work skills which will enhance their chances of employability. You will provide support and guidance to learners so they record their skills and work experiences along with motivating and keeping the learners engaged.
