**Job Summary**
This role is part of a structured training and development program aimed at building technical expertise in engine rebuilding and maintenance. The technician will work under direct supervision to learn and apply mechanical skills, safety protocols, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment. The position involves hands-on work with diesel engines and sub-assemblies, contributing to high-performance rebuilds and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities** **Technical & Mechanical Tasks**

+ Rebuild diesel engines ranging from B3.3 to QSK78, including mechanical and electronic systems.
+ Rebuild sub-assemblies such as liner-piston, oil cooler, aftercooler, and oil pan.
+ Inspect components for wear, damage, and usability prior to assembly.
+ Perform dry leak testing on engines and components.
+ Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work area.
