ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead day-to-day site technology operations and manage local IT hardware inventoryAct as team lead for the Israel site(s), managing and mentoring the local Site Support teamServe as the primary on-site technology contact and escalation pointPartner with global and regional ET teams to ensure consistent, high-quality supportCollaborate with Facilities on technology-related site projects, moves, and expansionsOversee onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with ITGCs and SOPsMonitor ticket queues, manage escalations, and report status to ET leadershipManage local IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherenceSupport and contribute to global ET initiatives and site-specific projects QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
