Site Technician - Renewable Energy

We are seeking a qualified and safety-focused Site Technician to support the operation and maintenance of utility-scale renewable energy assets. This hands-on role will be responsible for maintaining plant performance, responding to faults, and ensuring the safe operation of critical electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment including transformers, switchgear, substations, inverters, BESS, generators, and UPS systems.
- Monitor plant performance and respond to alarms and faults.
- Support SCADA and communications systems.
- Coordinate contractors and assist with site operations.
- Complete maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
