Site Support Engineer

Second level support for all IT operational incidents.
Build, deploy, and manage Windows endpoints
**Duties and Requirements of the Job**:
Build, install, test, and deploy standardized Windows image globally, using Microsoft Azure AD/Intune/Endpoint Manager, with focus on standardization and security.
Work with global site Admins and local support to ensure resolution of issues, and proper operation of desktop deployments, networks, and system access.
Partner with ECI CyberSecurity team to ensure alignment with ECI standards and policies, for desktop operating systems and software.
Consult with users, administrators, and engineers to identify business and technical requirements for proposed system modifications or technology purchases.
Work with personnel and facilities management staff to install, remove, or relocate user connectivity equipment and devices.
Document and maintain procedures for desktop hardware and software installation and use.
