Completed at least some elementary school
Site Supervisor for our New Home Construction Company. This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate the activities of subcontractor staff.
Responsibilities
- The Site Supervisor will also assist in coordinating, scheduling and ordering material, labor. As well as be able to be on the tools to help with checkouts etc.
- 2 + years experience, drafting, blueprint reading experience and good computer skills
- Good knowledge of National Building codes and Local Bylaws
- Ability to deal with homeowners, salespeople, sub-trades and office staff.
- Work in a high pace environment and must meet deadlines.
The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (ie Permanent Resident Status or Canadian Citizenship).
Must have a valid Class 5 license.
