Responsibilities
- Monitor and brief workers on safety requirements at site.
- Monitor and supervise work progress at site in accordance with the project schedule, drawings, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate with main contractors, consultants at site to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Plan progress activities to schedule.
- Report daily to Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on site progress.
- Prepare and record site progress on daily, weekly, monthly reports for timely submission.
- Attend all site meetings and discussions on job progress.
- Prepare, submit and ensure A approval for Shop Drawing and as‑built drawings.
- Prepare, submit, liaise, and inspect RFI for installation, testing, final fitting, functional test, etc.
- Prepare handling‑over letter to client / developer / Gas Supplier.
