Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on site
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Monitor work progress and report to manager
• Ensure materials, tools and manpower are available
• Enforce site safety rules and regulations
• Inspect work quality and correct issues when needed
• Keep daily site records and reports
• Ensure work is completed on time and within schedule

Requirements

• Diploma or certifiate in Construction / Civil
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications and technical drawings
• Thorough understanding of construction industry regulations, safety protools and quality standards
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
