Site Supervisor

We are currently seeking Superintendents with varied levels of experience for our construction sites in Montreal and its surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

The Site supervisor must mainly see to managing the overall construction site activities.

• Ensure that site work is carried out according to plans and specifications
• Supervise, coordinate, and organize the work of construction site employees.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, various specialists, and other trades;
• Ensure contracts are adhered to
• Solve work-related problems and recommend measures aiming at increasing productivity;
• Perform any other tasks that would lead to the successful completion of the project
• Knowledge of the Quebec Building Code (an asset).
