Site Supervisor

The Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the microgrid site, ensuring efficient power generation, distribution, and administrative functions. This role leads the site team—including the Lead Genset Operator, Lead Lineman, and Lead Collection & Administrative Coordinator—to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide site personnel to meet operational and safety targets
• Oversee power generation, distribution, and maintenance activities
• Manage inventory, fuel supply, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with DOE, NPC, and ERC regulations
• Coordinate with local government units (LGUs) and community stakeholders
• Oversee billing, collections, and administrative reporting
