Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily site activities including site diary, attendance, machinery and equipment usage, material deliveries, inspection requests, site instructions, toolbox meetings, safety checklists, permits to work, and other required site reports.
• Verify and record site measurements for reporting and claim purposes.
• Coordinate and monitor site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity.
• Inspect and verify workmanship, materials, and installation quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Enforce Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) compliance by ensuring all personnel adhere to approved safety procedures and regulations.
• Identify, highlight, and escalate site issues, potential delays, or non-conformance for timely corrective action.
