Site Supervisor (Construction)

We are seeking a committed and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team under Sunrise Binari Group. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects in Kulai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in planning the project
• Supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site
• Arrange regular meetings with the workers or sub-contractor to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters
• Supervise construction projects to make sure they meet technical specifications
• Ensure that construction projects are completed within planned cost and time
• Convey information about the progress of the project and performance of the contractors to the manager
