Qualifications / Requirements

• BOSH/OSH Certification is an advantage.
• Must have 3–5 years of operations experience.
• Must have experience in inventory management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, particularly in stock management, inbound/outbound checking, and dispatch.
• Maintain good cooperation with customers by coordinating with all concerned parties to ensure professional and excellent logistics or transport services.
• Resolve operational issues and systematically manage both internal and external customers.
• Execute business targets, organize, and formulate development plans and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide efficient logistics advice internally to ensure cost-effective modes of service while meeting deadlines.
