Site Superintendent

Role

Ansept Construction is seeking Site Superintendents to take full ownership of project sites from mobilization through to handover. As the senior on‑site authority, you are responsible for trade coordination, safety enforcement, schedule management, and quality assurance, ensuring that field operations run efficiently and that the Project Manager has full confidence in what is happening on the ground.

We are hiring across multiple locations in Western Canada. You will select your preferred location when you apply, and we will match you to active and upcoming projects in that region. If you are open to multiple sites or willing to travel, let us know – flexibility is a plus.
