About the Role

Description
Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów)ECC is seeking a Site Superintendent for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for the implementation of field related policies, programs, and practices that support and advance the Company’s long-term business objectives.Requirements:Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements
Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required.
Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software.
