A reputable construction company is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee day-to-day site operations on ICI construction projects across the GTA.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, labour, materials, and equipment
- Manage project schedules, look-ahead planning, and site logistics
- Oversee quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Maintain strong site safety practices and compliance with Ontario Health & Safety regulations
- Track RFIs, field reports, daily logs, safety documentation, and project progress
- Communicate effectively with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
