Site Selection Officer

Overview

Responsible for acquiring the best site viable for new and relocation branch to support the business growth strategy. The role ensures that site acquisition is based on sound decision such as technical, market, financial and long-term optimization.

• Desktop research - market and trade analysis.
• Fieldwork - evaluate potential sites based in convergent zones or center of activities such as near institutions or within commercial district and conduct initial negotiation with lessors or landlords.
• Feasibility study - provide analysis like maps, cannibalization, and return on investment.
• Due Diligence - coordinate joint site inspection and documentation
• Support Lease negotiation - assist with lease negotiations by offering the leasing team site-related information and insights.
• Manage branch opening - end to end project from site selection to branch opening.
