About the Role

This is the critical 2025 02 Site Reliability Engineer Advisor position in FedEx Office Omni Channel team for the current and future vision of FedEx Retail online Services. If not filled, this will put the execution of our vision of framework stability and resilience as well as print omni channel runway at risk.

Drive improvement initiatives that support the overarching global reliability of the company's systems, including capacity planning, failover strategies, performance improvements, reduction of Mean Time to Awareness/Resolve, and postmortems.
