Site Reliability Engineer
Job Qualification:
- Technical support and troubleshooting:
- Work experience as a Site Reliability Engineer
- Work experience with both web and mobile applications
- Good knowledge and understanding of Azure foundation components or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity in ServiceNow, Confluent, Akamai or Adobe services
Observability & monitoring:
- Work experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Appdynamics
Process improvements:
- Experience in process improvements or automations
- Experience in any programming languages such as Python/Java
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing changing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
