Qualifications
- Educational background : A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical field, with experience 6+ in IT.
- Strong coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, etc.
- Proficiency and experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace
- Resiliency, triage, and incident investigation
- Automation-first mindset
- Experience with PCF and cloud environments
